How to Place Your Custom Label Order

Follow the MegaVision Label workflow to get your custom labels into production quickly and accurately. Please note that all customers must supply print-ready artwork files.

Step 1: Submit Your Project Specifications
Contact our export sales team via email or online inquiry form. Please provide the following details to receive an accurate quotation:

• Label Dimensions (Width x Height in mm or inches)

• Material Type (Refer to our Face Stock Options table above)

• Adhesive Type (Permanent, Removable, Freezer Grade, etc.)

• Quantity Required (MOQ: 500 pcs per design)

• Finishing Options (Foil stamping, Embossing, Matte/Gloss Lamination, etc.)

• Winding Requirements (Roll direction, Core size: 1", 3", or custom)

• Industry Application (e.g., Wine bottle, Cosmetic jar, Electronics enclosure)

Step 2: Receive Quotation & Proforma Invoice
Our sales team will review your specifications and provide a detailed quotation within 1 business day. Upon your confirmation, we will issue a Proforma Invoice (PI) outlining the total cost, production timeline, and payment terms.

Step 3: Submit Print-Ready Artwork
Customers are responsible for providing their own design files. Please prepare your artwork according to the specifications below:

• Accepted File Formats: AI (Adobe Illustrator), PDF, EPS, CDR (CorelDRAW)

• Resolution: Minimum 300 DPI at actual print size

• Color Mode: CMYK (for digital) or Pantone (PMS) spot colors specified (for flexographic)

• Bleed: Include 2mm bleed area around all edges

• Text/Fonts: All fonts must be converted to outlines/curves

Step 4: Prepress File Check & Digital Proof
Our prepress department will inspect your artwork file for technical compliance. A digital proof (PDF) will be sent for your final approval. Please review dimensions, colors, and content carefully. Production will not begin until written approval is received.

Step 5: Production & Quality Control
Once artwork is approved and payment is received, your order enters the production queue. Standard lead time is 7-10 business days, depending on order complexity and finishing requirements. Each batch undergoes inline and final quality inspection per ISO 9001:2015 protocols.
